Australian Redback
As mentioned in a previous blip, our shed does house the odd redback. Its a member of the widow family and the female has a distinctive red stripe on her back. They are considered one of the most dangerous spiders in Australia and has a neurotoxic venom which is toxic to humans with bites causing severe pain. I'm definately not a spider person and lets just say, this is the last that anyone will see of this spider.
