Parsley Patch

I grew parsley from seed for the first time this year and it is still green and doing well, while everything else has died back. I am amazed and have just read that parsley can be overwintered, with a layer of mulch during cold temperatures. All the oak leaves are nearly down now and it's fun to still see a big patch of green in the raised bed. I have plenty of leaf mulch.
