Robin

Today it is cold, well it is November, but it is also sunny. Today's blip is of one of the Robins which visit our garden; we have seen three pairs at the same time during the summer, but during the winter usually only see one or two at a time.

Another busy day catching up with OU work and later today I will be visiting my grandchildren to supervise them until their Mum gets home from work.

Then this evening I shall go to my yoga class, the stretching exercises do seem to help my back and my physiotherapist thinks yoga is a good idea; I just wish I could find time to two sessions a week in, instead of just one.
