Red Velvet Poinsettia

Well, D#2 is finishing up her culinary degree at our local college
and each night she has been bringing us home handfuls of tasty goodies.
Yestereve this was one of her accomplishments. I just had to snap a quick photo before it was consumed; I thought she did such a good job. But the even better part is that she is loving the cooking and creating. It makes her smile and then that makes me smile and I hope this is making you smile also.
Life can be so easy.
