Had a long weekend on the west coast. It rained a lot and we didn't get out much, but made the most of gaps between showers. Actually by west coast standards, it didn't rain that much at all!

Saw a great band in Hokitika on Saturday night, go the Arafats! Am a bit quiet on it today...

Spotted this fence at Kumara beach on the way home. That's the starting point for the Coast to Coast race, which some people complete under their own steam in just one day! what an achievement eh
