More 'Shrooms
I visited my Friday morning school a day early this week due to an urgent dental appointment tomorrow. En route back to County Hall I passed, as usual, through Bawburgh. Near to the edge of the village I had to stop behind a parked car to let some others through from the other direction. As I did so I glanced on the grass verge in front of a house and saw loads of these handsome 'shrooms growing there. So of course I had to stop properly and take a look. Blip fodder! And for once not just the usual white or plain beige-ish colours I usually seem to find, but a lovely yellow ochre colour.
I believe them to be Pholiota Squarrosa - though as usual if anyone knows better and can correct me - please do!
