Yesterday Once More

Evening all,

Thanks for yesterday. Just wanted to highlight the huge elements of joy, sorrow,happiness,tragedy,normalacy,farce and surrealism that inhabits everyones life to a greater or lesser degree.

The most surreal thing that happened to me yesterday was in the afternoon when, in the middle of a "heavy" chat with a young person about heart/lung transplant, when the atmosphere was charged with emotion, a small shrill voice from the back of the room shouted:

" Pass a Potato Knobhead"

What an icebreaker, the room erupted with laughter, the spell was broken and the culprit turned out to be a loquacious budgie with a very nasty turn of phrase, but clearly a good judge of character!!!

(and that was the cleanest thing it said for 5 solid minutes...cheeky sod!)
