Almost A Bird

Yet another night when I intended to blip something else but am blipping a bird instead.

After work I went out for dinner at a local establishment then on my way home I took a drive around the block in order to photograph a particular rock. On my way I stopped to photograph a thrush on a fencepost, but the thrush had different ideas and as you can see I just wasn't fast enough.

Still, I like her wings and thought the focus wasn't bad for an unintentional one in flight, so here she is - or most of her. Anyway, I've blipped sparrows, blackbrids, herons, gulls, kingfishers, oystercatchers and waxeyes all on the wing so I figure it must be the thrushes turn.

NOTE: The white blurs are raindrops not specks on my lens.
