Corporate terrorism

Close to where we live Western Power has drained a reservoir that it owns, and wishes to develop as residential property against the wishes of all the council and Welsh Assembly. Whilst waiting for appeals to be heard they drained the reservoir, ostensibly for maintenance purposes. It still remains to be refilled, and of course all the time it remains dry, the clay is cracking and the structure becomes more unsound.

It's difficult to think what more you can say.
