All good things and trainers

Today my faithful (and seriously comfortable) trainers go into retirement after many miles of running and several more in their relegated 'walking to work' phase.

After what can only be described as a pig of a week its quite nice to know that I now have a legitimate reason to buy myself a new pair of shoes!
