Bridging the Gap

One of the more modern rope bridges that zig zag back and forth across the valley as the path takes you to Namche and the 3000m barrier.

They only start to get a bit scary if you happen to meet a convoy of Yaks coming the other way.

Experienced guides advised us that the Yak has the right of way in all situations and we decided not to argue.
