pumpkin day!

today i filled my oven with tray after tray of halved pumpkins, a simple but time consuming task making homemade pumpkin puree. so i do it in bulk! freezing the extra for future pumpkin projects. pumpkin all winter long, who could complain!

and after, i couldn't help but whip up some pumpkin spice pull apart bread - just as good as it sounds :)
