My Rolls Royce has arrived! This is my new 36 cm (14 inch) carbon steel Lyonnaise pan. At 40 Euros, it's a fraction of what an All-Clad costs, and performs SO much better. This baby will outlive me. Weighs a ton too. Happy, me.
