The Calm Before The Storm

It is really difficult to write lying down sideways with a cat running up and down you trying to find a perch.

I had two shots to choose from for Friday's - this one or 'the storm' - taken a second after Mark had taken the break and the balls were speeding all over the place. Went with this in the end because the colouring and shadows on the balls and the table's surface are a bit better, and the look of determination on Mark's face comes across as well - as does Owen's chuckle at the peril the camera faced!

Okay, FLB has moved to lying on all the nicely laundered clothes now... it's like a game I'll always lose.

Right - Saturday is well and truly here so I'm off to write, find a Blip and watch the Swans kick United out of Wales.
