Saturday is the new Sunday

A mellow Friday night, a lazy Saturday morning sleeping late and refusing to rise until lunch time, followed by a plodding stroll through Portslade then to the beach - feels like a Sunday to me which is a bonus as I still have tomorrow off to enjoy!

This 'exercise trail' sign was the opposite of motivation for me on a relaxed day such as today, but I thought if I photograph it, then it might remind me to get up early this week and go for that run....we'll see if it works...
