deep fill

While Mike is at football I made some huge mince pies, the recipe I was following doesn't call for any rolling or cutting of the pastry, it just said to squash it in to the pie tray. It has made them rustic looking! I ate one straight out of the oven and burned my mouth, that'll teach me to be greedy!
