Keep The Doctor Away

I have spent the day reworking some of my old (and very poorly designed) turnings.

This isn't one of them - I made this for my mother and it came back to me after her death ......... but I have redone the finish.

I am quite pleased the way they have turned out and there were no disasters with pieces breaking or coming off the lathe without being asked (which was a real surprise).
maybe I will actually be able to think about selling them now (I certainly couldn't before ....... they looked shocking).
