spoilt for choice
Had so many blip opportunities today! Was out all day and the Edinburgh weather was beautiful.
Walked, talked, chatted with eccentric shop keepers, cooked with my best friend, even put my new-found patisserie knowledge to good use and showed Tash how to make profiteroles which we then had for dessert.
Amazing stuff.
Also tried to make chicken satay from scratch and ballsed it right up. Next time...
