Fudge?

There is a lot of discussion in our house about the difference between fudge, tablet and toffee.

Toffee is chewy and pulls your fillings out. Fudge is soft and dissolves in the mouth, tablet is hard, can be 'snapped' and is the best of all. I have no idea what Swiss milk toffee is, but is similar to tablet, I'm told.

Anyway, this was an attempt at tablet. the trickiest bit is getting it to set. As you can see.
