Dinner from Newtown

I've started going to the Saturday morning market in Newtown. It's a great place to buy fruit and vegetables - especially at this time of the year.

Today my eyes were a lot bigger than my stomach and I came home with a bit more than I should have. I decided to make ratatouille to use some of it up. Fish from the Newtown Fish Market on top.
