Dreams in the mist

A seriously foggy day today - all day, and all evening - not easy driving conditions for the journey to Manchester for my Aunt's 90th Birthday party (but we had a marvellous time)

There was scant opportunity for a blip - apart from the brief chance I had to stop and take this misty shot of Hawkesyard Priory as in the canal blip.

This is the building now given over to conferences and events - the bedraggled banner on the front of this mock castle refers to the "dream weddings"......in these conditions, it would not be everyone's first choice.
