You Spin Me Right Round Baby

Been having WIFI wars with the neighbours for some time, so decided to replace the router with a more powerful one. Not had one drop out of the wireless connection since, but last night the ADSL speed fell away... too many glasses of wine to be bothered to look at it last night, so I left it until this morning.

After getting speeds of 3.8 kbps this morning, more drastic action was required. (To the non-technies, this is extremly slow, about 15 minutes to upload a blip photo!?!)

I decided to check for a firmware upgrade, found one, reviewed the instructions and applied it... total loss of broadband connection followed..grrrr.

The upgrade had removed the quick setup which had the ISP details built in.

So pleased my phone had an internet connection, so I could research for the missing settings and the internet was restored, phew!

In other news.. had another go of Xbox Zumba today, good fun & excercise!
