Flash of insanity

On, off, in, out, shake it all about. The BT line is crackling like a bad 'un and the broadband hub is having none of it. The only thing is, this has been going on for a month and the kind customer service people say the line is fine and I'll have to pay £130 if the engineer comes out and finds a problem with my phone.

Sigh.
