"My son shed tears for him who died"... Procession around Antigua celebrating Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos)
The festival is a colorful and lively celebration for which locals build extravagant kites (barriletes gigantes) and fly them high above the cemeteries as a symbolic link between the living and the dead.
The procession starts in the cemetery in the morning and goes across town till late at night. The float was carried by ~40 women!
