Mince & Mash

...or, according to my Scottish friend, Tatties & Mince, for supper tonight. Always good when I'm out of ideas and don't know what to fix. Very much a comfort food. Thanks to SugarMagnolia in Canada for putting me on to it. This time I used a combination of ground turkey, ground pork, and roast beef. To the mashed potatoes, I added lots of butter and cream cheese. Yummy!
