Happy Fathers Day!
What a crazy day!
1) Woke up: Nothing interesting here haha.
2) Rushed to church: It was Father Matt's last mass today, and my mom got a little teary over it. I didn?t really feel that much of a connection with him, so it wasn?t so bad for me.
3) Left church early right after communion to rush to cello: yeah that's it...
4) Cello choir: Today was awesome. We had 9 out of the 10 cellos there, plus 3 violas, missing the 2 basses, but today we rehearsed with the harpist for the first time; which was totally awesome because she's a fantastic player, and harps sound absolutely amazing up close. Such a cool story about her though: she and her parents live across the street from my grandparents, what a small world. She also just got a position with the Toronto Symphony, so she's just absolutely awesome. We have so many fantastic players playing with us this year; it's really flattering that so many excellent people are willing to perform with us.
5) Lesson: Got yelled at for not being organized...again...I really gotta work on that...
6) Rushed to Grandpa's and Nancy's house for dinner: Just me and mom went; Sara, Kevin, and Dad went to Keith and Christy's after church and Dad went golfing with Keith and Grandpa Hal while Sara, Kevin, Kyle, Lindsey, and Christy went to their club's pool. All of Nancy's kids were at her house...it was kinda crazy. She's got a family of characters for sure. Shelby and Grace were cute, even though their mom is an absolute space-cadet. And probably an alcoholic come to think of it...
7) Drove!: My mom thought it?d be a nice, easy journey from Grandpa and Nancy's to Keith and Christy's...haha no way. I start driving to realize that the roads sucked and had barely any lines on 'em. To add to that, the sun was beginning to set and I was being blinded on my left side. And to add even more to that it began to rain...while the sun was shining. The clouds were crazy pretty though. And there was a double rainbow. But my mom almost didn't let me drive on the highway. I ended up doing it anyway haha. At least I added another hour to my log =)
8) Keith and Christy?s house: Rode on Kyle and Lindsey's mini Razor brand motorcycle cuz they have a bazillion dollars and can buy stuff like that for their crazy kids. It was pretty fun. Max speed was 15 mph...but that was fast enough for me haha.
9) Home: Talked to friends online, Eric on the phone, chilled, here writing this now =)
Like I said?a crazy day ;-)

Picture taken while my mom was not letting me drive on the highway for all of 3 minutes. Once we got there she let me though =).
