Tiger Tiger Burning Bright

I put my back out while gardening. It's a very middle-aged man's injury, and as it's the first time it's happened to me, I can only deduce that I am now middle-aged.

A friend recommended something called Tiger Balm. I tried it. It's Hot HOt HOT!

Not sure if it's actually doing me any good, or if the burning sensation just takes my mind off the pain. It does however have a lovely lid.
