Baking

When she cam home from school Sophie did some baking. Fisrt she wanted to make blueberry muffins but I had no blueberries so we decided on rocky road cake - except we had no marshmellows, although I was sure I had a packet. We were not daunted though and mixed in cherries, raisins, mixed peel and a broken up meringue (is that how its spelt?) instead of marshmellows.

It is delicious!
