Cocktail dress

August the 1st this year the last chapter of our family house was closed with a small ceremony at an office of notary.

In the month before my brother and his wife had the house cleared. A hell of a job, so to speak. Many things went simply into the bin. But just as many had to be sorted out during the following months. All packed in trunks, suitcases, boxes, you name it.

A major part of the enormous amount ended up in the rubbish bin. But some of the articles could be used for fun. Like the making of this image. It's a digital phantasy of the rests of a cocktail dress of my great-grandmother ... ;)
