At a birthday dinner for K, the leftover bows from the wrapped gifts were snatched by A, who in her childlike glee stuck them in her hair.  


I cropped closely to her face;
then used iPhoto Effects:
unchecked avoid saturating the skin tones box
Adjusted:
Boost Color, level   1
Edge Blur,   level 10
Shadows to 25
Temperature  Blu/Yel   to -30 (more blue)
Temperature Red/Grn to  40(more green)
Slid the Black to center by 4%
