... of this long growing season.

I bought this Eupatorium at Branklyn Garden at least 5 years ago and this is the first time it has flowered. If it wasn't for its reddish leaves and my stubborn nature I would have thrown it out long ago. I'm not sure it was really worth waiting for as it is a very small flower, but I like the different blurry stages in this photo.
