All Things Bright and Beautiful

The northern cardinal is the state bird of Ohio (and some other states too). They are striking birds with their bright red plumage, and they nest in Ohio, living here year round. They really stand out against the snow in the winter. Although Mrs. Cardinal is not quite as striking, I actually like her better. I will try to blip her soon.
