Diversion? Distraction?

Found this outside the house when I got in from work! Not sure if it's a very good diversion as it's diverting traffic up one of the smallest streets in town, I'm not even sure where the traffic is diverting from. Strange indeed.

A long day at work again. On the plus side, the boss sneaked the Crimbo off duty out, so now I know what I'm working. And I'm happy with it. No moans and groans from me!
