The little things

Remember the Major from Fawlty Towers?

Well if you don't he was a resident of Basil Fawlty's hotel in Torquay, he was part of the furniture of the place. We spend so much time in this hotel, we're starting to become the Major because they know us so well.

As a token of their thanks for my custom, I've got this nice bottle of wine in my room. It's the little things that count and it does help build up loyalty.

Another good training session today, as I've said before small steps but the giant leap can't be far away.
