Good deed!

So my good deed for the day has just been done, I've given a pint of my finest!

I've been giving blood for 5 years now and I love every second of it... 10 minutes laying down, chilling out followed by tea and biscuits then I come home to a glass of red wine, medicinal purposes obviously, as recommended by the nurses (well that's what I tell Mr S!!) BLISS!
