A 1921 C. W. Parker Carousel built Leavenworth, Kansas by C. W. Parker Amusement Company. Has operated at Venice Beach, CA (1921 to 1927). Survived a major fire and in storage until 1928 at which time it was shipped to Jantzen Beach Amusement Park and has operated ever since except for a year of restoration (1995-1996). Restoration spearheaded by Terri Lunde who was honored by having the foreground horse named after her son - "CORY" - it was his favorite horse to ride.
