well, that's what it says on the plant label, anyway! it's a regal pelargonium called 'Louise', and is doubly apt - it's my name, and also it's red at the tips and white at the base, rather like red hair and peely-wally white skin. a gift from my mother - my parents were staying in my flat while i was in the usa.

edit on the usa: i've uploaded all my pix to the laptop (596 of them) and begun the backblipping process, so head back to 5th thru 9th june to check 'em out (i'd link, but it's playing silly buggers, sorry). little glimpses of new york so far - chicago soon!

edit: i just realised that after adding my trip pix this is my 42nd blip - is a namesake potplant the answer to life, the universe and everything? hm...
