The Care Challenge

From today's Nursing Standard, hope they don't mind me ripping it off!

These are 4 things that should be fundamental tasks that all nurses and care professionals carry out, always hate to read reports about patient's care not living up to this. It is even worse when I see it not happening to the people I work hard to care for. My biggest annoyance from this list at the moment? Toileting, if someone asks to go to the toilet, take them!! How would you like to be left sitting bursting on a pee?!
