Tiring day! Did some more training today so hopefully I will get the put this into practice tomorrow - even if it does make me slightly nervous!

A group of my colleagues and I are organising a community challenge and we are having a bake sale this Friday to raise some money. So tonight I dragged Scott around Sainsburys so that I could get some (more!) ingredients. So far I have made tablet and yummy marshmallow/toffee crispie cakes.

Tomorrow night.....rocky road!
