The Mystery of the Whacked Bin

This litter bin was hit by a car a few nights ago which left it's registration plate as evidence! The reason I know this is that when a security guard saw me photographing it, I got the full story. He thought I was from one of the local papers as he had complained about it not being emptied three times, and that I was "doing a story" on it.

It looks pretty disgusting tbh, and it is right across from the Europa Hotel and the Opera House. Get on it, Belfast City Council!
