A bugger to steer

We've come to a place on the Northern European plain which I recognise in some ways as a central European city, with public transport which gets you from the airport to the hotel for 2.30 EUR and lots of WiFi hotspots.

It also has some pretty funky cycle hire possibilities. I'd say pretty damn difficult to steer and liable to fall victim to some intense coordination/cooperation problems.

And since I was here last they seem to have eliminated smoking in cafes, but have acquired lots of new heated smoking awnings.
