First official photography shoot

This was a BIG day for me. Over the past several months I've received many requests from friends to take their pictures, I've been baffled and even scared to accept such an offer until now. A good friend of mine asked a special favor of me, to take some shots of her oldest son for senior pictures and then asked if I would mind taking a family photo as well. Nervously I accepted because I knew what it meant to her and because she's been such a supportive friend with my photography and much else.

The day started out very foggy and cold but eventually the fog burned off and became beautiful out ... But the cold definitely stayed. I took just under 1,000 photos ( crazy yes but I was nervous non would turn out so it was over kill ). I had a great first experiencing taking photos of her beautiful family, it was a great way to * get my feet wet * so to speak.

This is one of many photos I took today. I loved the fall colors and the sky in the background and of course that it had two special friends in it. I'm not sure if she will ever realize how much her support has meant to me.

this may be a tad low qaulity of a picture since I'm downloading it off of my iPhone app instead of from the computer
