Food for thought

I drive past this pub/hotel every day while taking no1 son to school. Over the last few days I have started to wonder whether it might be more cost effective to live in this hotel. No mortgage, no bills. I could probably even pop next door for evening meals for less than it costs at the supermarket. My fuel consumption would be considerably reduced as it is in the doorstep of the village where no1 son goes to school, currently a 20 mile round trip 2x a day. Hmmm...
