Christmastime!

I wanted to go to see the Christmas lights being switched on tonight, because I don't think I've ever seen that, but for some reason they chose the mighty inconvenient time of 5.15pm to do that, assuming, I guess, that since unemployment is so high nobody would have issues getting from work in time.

Anyway, I had to make do with this scene from my bus stop at the Bridges until I go and properly explore the festivities at the weekend.

Currently watching 2001: A Space Odyssey, waiting for my cakes to cool before I can smother then in butter icing.

Should put a note here to let you know just how excited I am that there are TAPIRS LIVING WITH PRIMATES in this film. Oscar-worthy for that alone.
