Muchin(?) and Empanadas and Corviches

This is Paola. This is her woodfired snack stand. I love to eat the yucca-thing you see here (called muchin, I think). It is filled with a tiny piece of cheese. It's the only thing she sells that isn't deep fried and it is addictive.
