An appetite for broccoli today

I just had to have something bright, green & crunchy today, so I bought some broccoli from the green-grocer in the morning. Of course, I received some more in my veg. box in the afternoon. That'll keep me happy for the next few days, then.

I blanched the spears briefly, and used up yesterday's left over yellow pepper sauce, added some black olives and snow pea shoots. How easy is that? I love not phaffing around with pans.
