Yeah I Know

Well my gout has come back after a year away :( I am in agony at the moment and I am just waiting for the medication to kick in!! I hope it does soon as my daughter turns 13 this weekend and I do not want to be stuck on the settee all weekend!!

Had to pop out for a few bits today after picking up my prescription and my lovely wife had to push me around the store! So now I got lots of mineral water time to go home and get on with work!! Lots to do and luckily I can work from home.
