Mystery
It's a mystery why drivers do not know the priorities on roundabouts
It's a mystery why drivers do three-point turns in busy main roads
It's a mystery why drivers do not use their indicators
It's a mystery why drivers are so often in the wrong lane
It's a mystery why drivers drive cars that are so big they have no idea how far from the kerb they are and consequently drive in the middle of the road
It's a mystery why drivers who want to turn right out of junctions pull out when there is traffic on their left
It's a mystery why drivers of large trucks take shortcuts down small residential streets
It's a mystery why drivers pull out of from the side of the road when the road is not clear
It's a mystery why pedestrians step onto zebra crossings when something moving is 5 metres away from them
These mysteries may not apply outside London, and anyway they are not mysteries. They all happen more and more frequently because people have an inflated idea of their own importance.
