Turning Over a New Bean

My daughter is loathe to eat fruits and vegetables, but I still try to engage her when we're at the market by asking her to choose the vegetable for dinner. Today she enthusiastically chose green beans, and I pretty much rolled my eyes to myself and thought, "Here we go again. I know she won't eat any of them." I ended up eating my words as she ate her beans. All 8 of them!
