Happy Ending!

This is the very handsome Darcy!

To save money, Bradford Council decided to get rid of the two Clydsdale horses , Darcy 10 and Murdoch 13 from the Bradford Industrial Museum.
Inspite of a petition from many school children.

However fortunately they have been taken in by Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary at West Runton in Norfolk.

We went to see them on Sunday and they have both settled in well and seem very happy in their new home where they can now spend the rest of their days together.

So a sad story with a Happy Ending!!
